Kdy\u017e si toti\u017e spo\u010dtou \u00faroky, tak zjist\u00ed, \u017ee investice do nich jim m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdnos, ne\u017e zaplat\u00ed na \u00faroc\u00edch bance, nav\u00edc nemus\u00ed investovat svoje vlastn\u00ed pen\u00edze. Zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed se o hypot\u00e9ky, jeliko\u017e dostanou velmi v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farokovou sazbou, ne\u017e samoz\u0159ejm\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00fd klient banky. Ru\u010dit mohou bez probl\u00e9m\u016f jakoukoliv nemovitost\u00ed a je pro n\u011b p\u0159ipravena i hypot\u00e9ka bez dokl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f. Ru\u010den\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i portfoliem cenn\u00fdch pap\u00edr\u016f. Zkr\u00e1tka jsou v\u00fdhodn\u00fdmi klienty. Mohou b\u00fdt i dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fvody, ale je pravdou, \u017ee p\u016fj\u010dit t\u011bmto lidem nebude nikdy probl\u00e9m a banky to jen uv\u00edtaj\u00ed.   B\u00fdt bohat\u00fd nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdhra Asi od nepam\u011bti bylo to, \u017ee chud\u00e1ci z\u00e1vid\u011bli bohat\u00fdm, ale ono to bylo i opa\u010dn\u011b. Sice ne v oblasti finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f nebo zp\u016fsobu \u017eivota, ale zase v jin\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00edch hodnot\u00e1ch nebo v d\u011btech. B\u00fdt bohat\u00fdm nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u017edycky jednoduch\u00e9, i oni maj\u00ed svoje tr\u00e1pen\u00ed, o kter\u00e9 by rozhodn\u011b nikdo z n\u00e1s nest\u00e1l.
