Naz\u00fdv\u00e1 se americk\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka nebankovn\u00eda sk\u00fdt\u00e1 p\u0159esn\u011b to v\u00fd\u0161e popsan\u00e9. Plus nav\u00edc i mo\u017enost p\u016fj\u010den\u00e9 pen\u00edze kdykoliv p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b splatit a t\u00edm u\u0161et\u0159it na \u00faroc\u00edch, je\u017e jsou i tak \u010dasto podobn\u00e9 \u00farok\u016fm bankovn\u00edm. O nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ku si m\u016f\u017ee za\u017e\u00e1dat ka\u017ed\u00fd, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch, kdo maj\u00ed hloub\u011bji do kapsy a n\u011bjak\u00fd ten z\u00e1znam v registrech dlu\u017en\u00edk\u016f. A nejen \u017ee si o ni m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd za\u017e\u00e1dat, ale \u010dasto mu b\u00fdv\u00e1 i vyhov\u011bno. Sta\u010d\u00ed vyplnit jednoduchou on-line \u017e\u00e1dost, poslat e-mailem n\u011bkolik fotografi\u00ed zastavovan\u00e9 nemovitosti a vy\u010dkat, ne\u017e se ozve mana\u017eer spole\u010dnosti, s n\u00edm\u017e u\u017e se v\u0161e pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 do detailu domluv\u00ed. A pak u\u017e jde v\u0161e jako po dr\u00e1tk\u00e1ch nebo po m\u00e1sle. I u n\u011bkoho, komu prve nikdo jin\u00fd p\u016fj\u010dit nem\u00ednil.
